摘  要:针对某电点火具贮存6a后出现电阻故障问题,对电点火具常用的黑火药、聚氯乙烯铜导线、酒精、蒸馏水、焊油等材料之间是否存在化学反应进行了验证,结果表明黑火药和聚氯乙烯铜导线在常温条件下不发生化学反应,但是在酒精或水存在时,黑火药中的硫与铜会发生反应,温度高会加快反应。根据电阻故障的机理提出了改进方案,验证试验表明改进方案有效,可为黑火药的使用和电点火具的结构设计提供依据。Aimed at the resistance failure of an electric igniter after six years storage,the chemical reaction between black powder,PVC copper wire,alcohol,distilled water,welding oil and other materials commonly used in electric igniter was verified.The results show that there is no chemical reaction between black powder and PVC copper wire under normal temperature,but in the presence of alcohol or water,the sulfur in black powder and copper would react,high temperature would accelerate the reaction.Based on the mechanism of the resistance failure,the improved scheme was put forward and verified by experiments,which provides the basis for the use of black powder and the structural design of electric igniter.
