摘 要:为了研究分步压装用炸药工艺安全性,采用数值仿真技术对分步压装工艺过程中炸药的受力状况进行模拟,得出压杆的剪切应力是影响装药工艺安全性的主要因素,其次是压杆的压应力和摩擦应力作用。通过设计的压应力、剪切应力和摩擦应力加载装置,研究了RDX基含铝炸药LA-1对应力加载的响应状态,并与A-IX-II炸药进行对比。结果表明,LA-1炸药可承受更大的加载应力,其分步压装装药工艺是安全可靠的。In order to study the process safety of the step-press-loading explosives,the stress condition of explosives in the process of step-press-loading was analyzed using numerical simulation technology,which shows that the shear effect of the compression bar is the main factor affecting the safety of the charging process,and followed by the compressive stress and frictional stress.Through the design of loading devices which involved compressive stress,shear stress and friction stress,the response states of RDX-based aluminized explosive named LA-1 to stress loading were studied,and also compared to that of A-IX-II explosive.The results show that the explosive of LA-1 can withstand higher loading stress and its step-press-loading process is safe and reliable.
