虫草补肾胶囊治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察虫草补肾胶囊治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法60例患者采用随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的试验设计,治疗组及对照组各30例。治疗组给予虫草补肾胶囊+常规治疗,对照组选择给予虫草补肾胶囊模拟剂+常规治疗,治疗6周后,对两组患者中医证候评分、FBG、2 hPG、HbA1C、TC、TG、LDL-C、24 h尿蛋白定量、UACR、GFR、综合疗效进行比较。结果治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组,治疗后两组中医证候评分、FBG、2hPG、HbA1C、TC、TG、LDL-C、24 h尿蛋白定量、UACR较治疗前均降低,治疗组较对照组降低更明显,治疗后两组GFR较治疗前均升高,治疗组较对照组升高更明显,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虫草补肾胶囊可以改善气阴两虚性糖尿病肾病患者的中医证候及糖、脂代谢紊乱,尤其可使尿蛋白含量、UACR明显降低,使GFR升高,对肾脏有保护作用,是一种治疗糖尿病肾病、控制其病情进展的有效药物。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Cordyceps Sinensis Bushen Capsule in the treatment of both vital energy and yin type Diabetic Nephropathy.Methods A randomized,double-blind,placebocontrolled trial design is used in 60 patients,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The treatment group is treated with Cordyceps Sinensis Bushen Capsule and conventional therapy,and the control group is treated with Cordyceps Sinensis Bushen Capsule placebo and conventional therapy.All treatment lasted for 6 weeks.TCM syndrome score,FBG,2hPG,HbA1C,TC,TG,LDL-C,24-hour urinary protein quantity,UACR,GFR and comprehensive curative effect are compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.After treatment,TCM syndrome score,FBG,2hPG,HbA1C,TC,TG,LDL-C,24-hour urinary protein quantity and UACR in both groups are lower than those before treatment,the decrease of the treatment group is more obvious than that of the control group.After treatment,there is an increase of GFR in both groups than before treatment,and the treatment group increase more obviously than that in the control group.The differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cordyceps Sinensis Bushen Capsule can improve TCM syndrome and disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with both vital energy and yin type DN,especially decrease urinary protein content and UACR,increase GFR,and have protective effect on kidney.Cordyceps Sinensis Bushen Capsule is an effective drug for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and the control of its progress.
