摘  要:目的:加深学生对药物动力学双室模型原理的理解,掌握相关药动学公式及数据处理方法,提高教学质量。方法:采用抽滤瓶和T型管,设计了双室模型静脉注射给药的模拟实验装置,并用实验数据验证其可行性。结果:实验装置设计合理,使用方便,价廉易得,实测值和理论值相符合。结论:学生通过实验掌握了药物动力学双室模型的理论和计算方法,取得了良好的教学效果。Objective:To deepen the students'understanding of the pharmacokinetics principle of two-compartment model,master the related pharmacokinetic formulas and data processing methods,and improve the teaching quality.Methods:A two-compartment model for intravenous drug delivery was designed by using a filter bottle and a t-tube,and its feasibility was verified by experimental data.Results:The experimental device is convenient to use,cheap and easy to obtain,and the design is reasonable,the measured value is consistent with the theoretical value.Conclusion:The students have mastered the theory and calculation method of the pharmacokinetics model through experiments,and achieved good teaching results.The results showed that the device had the advantages of easy operation,cheap price and reasonable design.
