摘　　要：人口老龄化是人们生活水平提高和寿命延长的必然结果,是民富国强的标志。如何让中老年人拥有优质、健康的晚年生活成为中医药"治未病"研究领域的热点与难点。模型的复制在整个疾病研究过程起着决定性作用,故研究衰老模型对了解衰老过程、寻找衰老机制有着十分重要的价值。近年来,果蝇由于生命周期短、生活习性和生长特征便于观察、饲养成本低、样本数充足等特点,已被广泛应用于衰老相关生理变化的研究中。因此,果蝇的衰老模型研究可用于对药物筛选及抗衰老机制研究,在延缓人类衰老和防治年龄相关性的疾病上具有较广泛的应用前景。Population aging is the inevitable result of the improvement of people’s living standard and the extension of life span,and it is the symbol of the people’s prosperity and the country’s strength.How to make the middle-aged and old people have a good quality and healthy life in their old age has become a hot and difficult point in the research field of"preventive treatment of diseases"in TCM.Model replication plays a decisive role in the whole process of disease researches,and the research on the aging model is of great value in understanding the aging process and looking for the aging mechanism.In recent years,drosophila has been widely used in the study of physiological changes related to aging,which has a short life cycle,their living habits and growth characteristics are easy to observe with low feeding cost and sufficient sample.Therefore,the aging model of drosophila can be used for drug screening and anti-aging mechanism research,which has a great application prospect in delaying human aging and preventing age-related diseases.
