摘　　要：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleep apnea,OSA)常可导致多种并发症,如高血压(hypertension)、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary atherosclerotic heart disease)、卒中(stroke)、心房颤动(atrial fibrillation)、充血性心力衰竭(congestive cardiac failure)及白天嗜睡等,严重影响患者生活质量。近年来,口腔矫正器(oral appliances,OAs)已成为治疗OSA的常用方法。2015年美国睡眠医学会联合美国牙科睡眠医学会发布了关于OAs治疗OSA和鼾症的临床实践指南。本文就该指南主要内容作简要介绍,为临床治疗提供参考。Obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)often leads to a variety of complications,such as hypertension,coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,stroke,atrial fibrillation,congestive heart failure and daytime sleepiness.It seriously affects the quality of life of patients.In recent years,oral appliances(OAs)has become a common method for the treatment of OSA.In 2015,the American Sleep Medicine Association and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine jointly issued clinical practice guidelines on the treatment of OSA and snoring by OAs.In this paper,the main contents of this guideline were briefly introduced,which could provide reference for clinical treatment.
