摘　　要：小儿急性化脓性髋关节炎(acute septic arthritis of the hip)是一种严重的感染性疾病,是由于细菌入侵髋关节所导致的关节内化脓感染,通常需小儿骨科急诊紧急处理。本病可见于各年龄段儿童,发病率由儿童身体状况及年龄而异,在发展中国家较多见。早期诊断、及时开放关节引流并使用有效的抗生素是治疗本病的关键。本文就小儿急性化脓性髋关节炎的诊断和治疗作一综述,旨在为临床诊疗提供理论参考。Acute suppurative arthritis of the hip in children is a serious infectious disease.It is a kind of intra-articular septic infection caused by bacterial invasion of the hip joint,which usually needs emergency treatment in pediatric orthopedics department.The disease can be seen in children of all ages.The incidence rate varies from child’s physical condition and age.China is more common in developing countries.Early diagnosis,timely opening of joint drainage and the use of effective antibiotics are the key to the treatment of this disease.This article reviewed the diagnosis and treatment of acute suppurative hip arthritis in children,aiming to provide theoretical reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
