摘  要:随着我国对金属矿产资源需求量的持续增加和低海拔地区资源量的日趋减少,高海拔寒区金属矿产资源开采与利用已成为国家矿山行业发展的方向之一。针对高海拔寒区矿山运输过程中所面临的驾驶员工作环境恶劣、身体机能下降等问题,通过设计正交实验,采用极差分析方法,探究了氧分压、温度、湿度对驾驶员生理指标的具体影响程度。基于正交实验结论,结合物联网技术、LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术,通过硬件选取设计、软件开发,研发了高海拔矿山车辆驾驶室环境调控系统,该系统集驾驶员身体机能监测、驾驶室环境监测、驾驶室环境调控、信息设备集控显示于一体,实现了对驾驶员身体机能参数和驾驶室环境状况的实时掌握,并具备对驾驶室环境的科学调控功能,对于保障高海拔矿山无轨运输安全具有重要意义。With the increasing of the demand for metal mineral resources continues in our courtry,while the amount of resources in low-altitude areas is decreasing day by day. Mining and utilization of metal mineral resources in high-altitude cold areas have become a national strategy. Aiming at the problems of poor working environment and declining body function of drivers in cold areas with high altitude,the effects of oxygen partial pressure,temperature and humidity on the physiological indicators of drivers were explored by means of orthogonal experiment and range analysis. Conclusion based on the orthogonal experiment,combining with the Internet of things technology,LabVIEW virtual instrument technology,through the selection of hardware design,software development,research and development of the high altitude mining vehicle cab environment control system,the system sets the driver body function monitoring,cab cab environment monitoring,environmental regulation,information integrating control display equipment,implements the pilots for body function parameters,and the real-time control of cabin environment condition,and have scientific regulation of the cab environment function,to ensure high altitude mining trackless transportation safety is of great significance.
