摘　　要：目的系统评价复方鱼腥草口服制剂治疗儿童呼吸道感染的临床有效性,为其临床应用提供依据。方法检索数据库,查找复方鱼腥草口服制剂治疗儿童呼吸道感染的临床对照试验文献,通过评价文献质量及对文献数据进行Meta分析,评价复方鱼腥草口服制剂的有效性。结果共纳入文献17篇,其中临床随机对照试验(RCT)文献15篇。文献平均得分为4分。纳入文献中共收录患者1766例,采用复方鱼腥草口服制剂对比单纯对照组总有效率更高,安全性好,差异具有统计学意义。结论复方鱼腥草口服制剂对治疗儿童呼吸道感染具有很好的疗效和安全性。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Compound Yuxingcao Oral Preparation in the treatment of respiratory diseases in children,and provide basis for its clinical application.Methods The clinical controlled trial literatures of Compound Yuxingcao Oral Preparation in the treatment of respiratory diseases in children were searched from database to evaluate the effectiveness of Compound Yuxingcao Oral Preparation by evaluating the quality of literatures based on Meta-analysis.Results A total of 17 literatures were included,of which 15 were RCT literatures.The average score of literatures was 4.A total of 1766 patients were included in the included literatures.The total effective rate and safety of Compound Yuxingcao Oral Preparation were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Compound Yuxingcao Oral Preparation has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of children with respiratory tract infection.
