摘　　要：以机壳补腔分模设计为例,阐述了在使用U G软件的Mold Wizard注射模向导对结构复杂塑件分模时的补腔分模设计过程。获得了有效合理的型芯和型腔三维模型,为类似塑件的分模设计提供了参考。In this paper,the design of shell filling cavity parting mold is taken as an example,Mold Wizard injection mold wizard with UG software is used in design process of filling cavity parting mold for complex products in detail.To obtain effective and reasonable threedimensional model of mold core and mold cavity,the detailed description provides a reference for the design of parting mold of similar products.
