关于《历史文化名城保护规划标准》的探讨

摘　　要：《历史文化名城保护规划标准》(GB/T 50357-2018)的颁布实施,为我国历史文化名城保护规划的编制提供了统一标准。本文依据相关法律法规对该标准进行比较研究,并结合我国名城保护的具体实践,指出该标准中可能存在的不足,以期为完善该标准提供参考。Promulgation and implementation of the Standard of Conservation Planning for Historic City(GB/T 50357-2018)provides a uniform standard for compiling the conservation plan of a historic city in China.This paper points out possible deficiencies within the current standard based on comparative studies of relevant laws and regulations,as well as the concrete protection practices of historic city in China.It is expected to provide some reference for improving the current standard.
