摘  要:某300 MW循环流化床机组2号锅炉因汽包水位高Ⅲ值保护动作,汽轮机跳闸,发电机解列,机组非停,原因为集控运行人员操作失误导致锅炉BT,锅炉BT后,因分离器壁温超温,对空排汽电动门联锁开启导致锅炉产生虚假水位,最终导致汽机跳闸。针对上述原因,提出了相应的建议,根据运行燃烧调整方式对一次风机自动调节性能进行优化,并根据循环流化床锅炉临界流化风量的特点要求,设置一次风机动叶开关低限数值。The No.2 boiler of a 300 MW circulating fluidized bed(CFB) unit was protected by a high Ⅲ value of the water level of the steam drum, the steam turbine tripped, the generator was disengaged, and the unit was unscheduled shutdown. The reason for BT integration operators operating mistakes boiler, after the boiler BT, the boiler produced false water level due to the overheating of the separator wall and the interlocking opening of the electric door for air exhaust steam, which eventually caused the turbine to trip. In view of above reasons, corresponding suggestions are put forward.The automatic regulation performance of the primary air blower is optimized according to the operation combustion regulation mode, and the low limit value of the primary air motor vane switch is set according to the characteristic requirements of the critical fluidization air volume of the circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler.
