摘  要:为满足电力辅助服务市场"压低谷、顶尖峰"全覆盖要求,缓解电网公司尖峰辅助服务市场考核的压力,电力企业相继开展了火电机组提高顶尖峰技术研究。针对东北地区某电厂,研究分析了机组缺乏顶尖峰能力的原因,重点针对引风机失速、制粉系统出力不足、机组AGC及一次调频指标差等问题,提出机组提高顶尖峰能力的技术改造方案,并对比分析改造前后机组的顶尖峰性能。研究得出,在引风机出口烟道合理加装导流装置,可解决原来两个烟道烟气对冲造成的阻力损失,大大降低了系统阻力,解决了大负荷工况时并列运行的两台引风机抢风失速的问题。改造后,机组控制调节特性良好,功率调节速率和精度有较大提高,主汽压力、主汽温度、再热汽温波动明显减小,机组顶尖峰能力得到了大幅度提升。In order to meet the requirement of full coverage of "low peak pressure and top peak pressure" in the power auxiliary service market and relieve the pressure of peak auxiliary service market examination of power grid companies,power enterprises have successively carried out research on improving top peak technology for thermal power units.According to a power plant in northeast China, it studies and analyzes the reasons for the lack of top peak capacity of the unit, and puts forward a technical transformation scheme to improve the top peak capacity of the unit, focusing on the problems of induced draft fan(IDF) stalling, insufficient output of pulverizing system, poor AGC and primary frequency modulation indexes of the unit, and compares and analyzes the top peak performance of the unit before and after transformation. The research shows that the reasonable installation of diversion device in the outlet flue of the induced draft fan can solve the resistance loss caused by flue gas opposition of the original two flues, greatly reduce the resistance of the system, and solve the problem of the two induced draft fans running side by side in high load operation. After the renovation, the unit has good control and regulation characteristics, the power regulation rate and accuracy have been greatly improved, the fluctuation of main steam pressure, main steam temperature and reheat steam temperature have been significantly reduced, and the unit’s top peak capacity has been greatly improved.
