摘  要:对江苏沙洲电厂1000 MW超超临界燃煤机组的一次调频控制策略进行了分析,通过机组的一次调频试验,表明将转速不等率设计函数直接用于计算一次调频负荷指令,并将其和功率设定值及实际功率一起作为汽机主控PID的输入量计算综合阀位,能够满足一次调频导则参数指标的要求。并且在网调侧和发电机组侧均设置一次调频在线测试逻辑,保证了机组在正常调频和深度调频动作的准确可靠。The control strategy of the primary frequency modulation about 1000 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit in the Jiangsu Shazhou Power Plant is analyzed,the test about the primary frequency modulation shows that it can satisfy the requirements of the guideline of primary frequency parameters by directly calculating primary frequency modulation load instruction with speed governing droop design function,and calculating Integrated valve position by using primary frequency modulation load instruction,power set point and actual power as the input of the turbine master control PID.In addition,the on-line testing logic of primary frequency modulation is set on both the network tuning side and the generator side to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the unit in normal frequency modulation and deep frequency modulation.
