摘  要:针对机组RB试验期间,给水流量低引发锅炉MFT的过程进行了详细的介绍,指出除氧器供汽逆止门卡涩,除氧器内大量饱和水闪蒸,返流至小机供汽管路,是导致汽动给水泵出力下降,给水流量降低的主要原因。建议更换除氧器供汽逆止阀并修改除氧器电动门逻辑,以避免该类事故发生的。The process of boiler MFT caused by too low feed water flow during the runback test of the unit is introduced in detail.It is pointed out that the main reason for the decrease of feed water flow is that the steam supply check valve of deaerator is jammed,a large amount of saturated water in deaerator is evaporated and flows back to the steam supply pipeline of feed pump turbine.It is recommended to replace the steam supply check valve of deaerator and modify the logic of deaerator electric valve to avoid such accidents.
