摘  要:某发电公司一台排粉风机更换轴承后,振动异常。经过诊断风机叶轮存在质量不平衡,现场动平衡处理后,风机轴承振动达到优良标准,电机轴承振动仍然较大。经过现场检查与试验,判断联轴器上平衡块造成风机转子与电机转子动态不对中。去掉联轴器上的平衡块后,风机与电机轴承振动均达到优良标准。The vibration of a mill fan was abnormal, after replacing its bearing in a power plant. After the dynamic balance treatment on site, the fan’s bearings vibration reached the excellent standard, and the motor’s bearing vibration was still unqualified. Through field inspection and test, it was judged that the balance weight on the coupling caused dynamic misalignment between the fan rotor and the motor rotor. After the balance weight on the coupling removed, the bearing vibration of the fan and the motor reached the excellent standard.
