摘 要:对以尿素为还原剂的选择性非催化还原(Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction,SNCR)脱硝关键技术在300MW循环流化床锅炉上进行了试验研究。考察了尿素溶液浓度、尿素喷射量配比、喷射压力等参数对循环流化床锅炉烟气脱硝性能的影响。结果表明脱硝系统最优运行参数为尿素溶液浓度8%~10%,分离器尿素喷射配比为3:4:3,喷射压力0.5~0.6 MPa。分离器布置10支喷枪,氨氮比1.5条件下,NOx排放值可控制在40 mg/Nm^3。工程应用表明SNCR脱硝技术成熟,锅炉NOx排放值满足环保要求。The experimental research of selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR) denitration with urea as reducing agent on the 300 MW circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler was discussed. The effects of urea solution concentration, urea solution spray ratio and spray pressure on the flue gas denitration performance of CFB boiler were investigated. The optimal operating parameters of denitration system showed that the urea solution concentration, the urea spray ratio of the separators and the spray pressure were 8%~10%, 3:4:3, and 0.5~0.6 MPa respectively. The NOx emission value equipped with 10 spray guns could be controlled at 40 mg/Nm^3 on the condition of ammonia-nitrogen ratio 1.5. The engineering application showed that the SNCR denitration technology was mature and the boiler NOx emission value meted the environmental protection requirements.
