摘 要:国内核电站设备冷却水热交换器运行一段时间后换热性能下降,导致高温季节时设备冷却水系统(CCS)供水温度濒临报警值,热交换器海水侧定期反冲洗后换热性能改善。通过对比反冲洗前后热交换器性能,分析热交换器反冲洗策略后,提出增加高温季节热交换器海水侧反冲洗频次、热交换器海水侧增加压差仪表等建议。The component cooling water heat exchange of domestic nuclear power plant performance decreases after a period of operation, resulting in the temperature of supplying water of Component Cooling Water System(CCS)approaching the alarm value in the high temperature season, and the heat exchange performance improves after seawater side regular backwashing. It compares the performance of the heat exchanger before and after backwashing, and analyzes the heat exchanger backwashing strategy, and then puts forward suggestions such as increasing the frequency of backwashing on the seawater side of the heat exchanger in high-temperature seasons, and Installing a differential pressure meter on the seawater side of the heat exchanger.
