摘  要:介绍225/40R18全天候低断面半钢子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径629 mm,断面宽242 mm,行驶面宽度190 mm,行驶面弧度高5.6 mm,胎圈着合直径456.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度220 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.023 9;胎面花纹为长型花纹与短型花纹交替的变节距花纹,花纹深度7.5 mm,花纹饱和度68.18%。施工设计:胎面采用全分层设计,胎侧采用三复合结构,胎体采用高模量低收缩聚酯帘线,2层带束层均采用3×0.30HT钢丝帘线,冠带层采用锦纶66帘线,采用一次法成型机成型,液压硫化机和氮气硫化工艺硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到设计要求。The design on 225/40 R18 all-season low profile steel-belted radial tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 629 mm,cross-section width 242 mm,width of running surface 190 mm,arc height of running surface 5. 6 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 456. 5 mm,bead width at rim seat 220 mm,and maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.023 9;besides,the tread pattern was a variable-pitch pattern with alternating long patterns and short patterns,the pattern depth was 7. 5 mm,and the block/total ratio was 68. 18%. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:the tread adopted a fully-layered design,the sidewall adopted a three-composite structure,the carcass adopted high modulus and low shrinkage polyester cord,3×0. 30 HT steel cord for the two belt layers,and Nylon 66 cord for the cap layer;using one-stage building machine to build tire and curing tire by hydraulic vulcanizer with nitrogen vulcanization process. The test results of the finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,durability and high-speed performance all met the design requirements.
