创新高校共青团工作的路径分析

摘　　要：随着教育改革的不断深入,党和国家对高校人才培养质量提出了更高的要求。共青团作为高校的重要阵地,在促进学生成才上发挥了重要作用。但目前的高校共青团工作仍存在人员流动性强、活动单一等问题,进一步规范高校共青团工作、创新共青团工作模式尤为重要。该文对创新高校共青团工作的必要性进行分析,梳理高校共青团工作中存在的问题,阐述创新高校共青团工作的路径。With the continuous deepening of education reform,the Party and the State have put forward higher requirements on the quality of talents in colleges and universities.As an important position in colleges and universities,the Communist Youth League has played an important role in promoting students to become talents.However,it is not difficult to find through the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities in the past that there are still some problems in the current work,such as high staff turnover,and monotonous activities.Therefore,it is particularly important to further standardize the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities and innovate the working mode of the Communist Youth League.This paper intends to analyze the necessity of innovating the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,sort out the problems existing in the work,and elaborate on the path of the work.
