高校“青年领导力”培育视域下辅导员工作路径探析——以山东青年政治学院“青年领导力学位班”为例

摘　　要：新一轮科技革命和产业变革开启了时代发展新纪元,新业态人才需求结构对人才培养的前瞻性提出了更高要求,时代需要具有领导特质的综合应用型人才。该文以山东青年政治学院为例,在该校“4+1”模式青年政治人才培养体系下,基于“青年领导力学位班”这一人才培养体系的重要一环,从“青年领导力”培育视角出发,分析辅导员面临的问题,并尝试探讨在这一视域下的工作体系,提出辅导员工作路径。The new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation has ushered in a new era of development of the era.The talent demand structure of new business forms puts forward higher requirements for the foresight of talent training.The era calls for comprehensive and applied talents with leadership characteristics.Taking Shandong Youth University of Political Science as an example,under the"4+1"model of youth political talent training system of the university,based on the"Degree Class of Youth Leadership"as an important part of the talent training system,and from the perspective of the training of"youth leadership",this paper analyzes the problems faced by counselors,tries to explore the work system under this perspective,and proposes the path of counselors'work.
