摘　　要：该文通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数据统计法等方法对中国石油大学(北京)高水平运动队学生进行了赛前情绪的分析研究,旨在通过有针对性的训练提高学生的心理水平及比赛的能力和成绩。研究表明,通过有效的心理治疗和不同的训练方法可以有效地改善运动员赛前的情绪。This paper analyzes and researches the pre-competition emotions of the students from the high-level sports team of China University of Petroleum(Beijing)through methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire survey,and data statistics,etc.,aiming to improve the students'psychological level,competition ability and performance,through targeted training.Studies have shown that effective psychotherapy and different training methods can effectively improve athletes'pre-competition emotions.
