摘 要:本研究从依恋理论的角度入手,解释了依恋理论的主要内容以及依恋理论中的两个重要概念——内在工作模型和依恋类型,其中重点介绍了三种依恋类型,分别是安全型依恋、回避型依恋以及矛盾型依恋。在此基础上,将心理咨询师划分为以上三种类型,结合他们的成长环境,可以发现这三种类型的咨询师会对咨询中的工作同盟关系产生不同的影响。以处理心理咨询中的沉默现象为例说明安全型的咨询师会更加稳定,不会因为来访者的反应而变化,他们会更加敏锐地观察到来访者的非言语行为的状态而采取具体的应对措施,促进工作同盟的建立和发展,更好地帮助来访者解决问题。Starting from the perspective of attachment theory,this study explains the main content of attachment theory and the inner working modes and attachment types of the two important concepts in attachment theory.Three types of attachment are introduced,namely secure attachment,avoidance attachment and contradiction attachment.On this basis,psychological counselors are divided into the above three types.Combined with their growth environment,it is concluded that the three types of counselors will have different effects on their work alliance relationship in consultations.Taking the handling of silence in psychological counseling as an example,it explains that secure counselors will be more stable and will not change due to the response of visitors.They will more keenly observe the state of non-verbal behaviors of visitors and take specific measures to promote the establishment and development of work alliances and better help visitors solve problems.
