摘 要:铜粉除钒精制TiCl4产生的尾渣成分复杂,容易水解生成腐蚀性气体,严重污染环境,且有价元素难以回收。根据铜粉除钒精制TiCl4尾渣含有的化合物特征,研究了一种回收铜和其他有价元素的新方法,由NaCl-KCl熔盐中氯化、NaOCl氧化浸出CuCl2、NaOH碱洗脱氯、H2SO4酸浸、冷却结晶制备CuSO4等主要工序组成,CuSO4·5H2O结晶经过洗涤、过滤、干燥后,得到质量符合国家和行业要求的CuSO4·5H2O产品,Cu回收率达到94.5%。氯化工序蒸馏出的TiCl4和VOCl3混合物可经过分馏的方法分离回收Ti和V;海绵钛生产过程中的副产品废旧NaCl-KCl熔盐、NaOCl作为本工艺的原料,可降低生产成本。本工艺产生的滤渣和洗水均可在流程和海绵钛生产中再利用,因而不产出废弃物。The tail slag from TiCl4 refining by vanadium removal with copper powder is of complex composition,easy to hydrolyze and generate corrosive gas,which seriously pollutes the environment,and the valuable elements are difficult to recover.A new method for recovering copper and other valuable elements was studied according to the characteristics of the compounds contained in the tail slag of TiCl4 refining by vanadium removal with copper powder.It consists of chlorination in NaCl-KCl molten salt,oxidation leaching of CuCl2 with NaOCl,alkaline dechlorination with NaOH,acid leaching with H2SO4,and preparation of CuSO4 by cooling crystallization.CuSO4·5 H2O product with the quality meeting the national and industrial requirements was obtained by washing,filtering and drying of CuSO4·5 H2O crystal.The recovery rate of copper reaches 94.5%.After chlorination process,titanium and vanadium can be separated and recovered by fractional distillation from the distilled mixture of TiCl4 and VOCl3.The waste NaCl-KCl molten salt and NaOCl,which are by-products in the production of titanium sponge,are used as raw materials to reduce the production cost.The filter residue and washing water produced by this process can be reused in the process and titanium sponge production.Therefore,there is no waste generated in this process.
