摘　　要：生殖道衣原体感染是以一种以沙眼衣原体(CT)为致病菌的泌尿生殖系统感染,可引起输卵管堵塞、异位妊娠和不孕等严重并发症,全球付出了巨大的努力对其进行临床和基础研究。本文对生殖道CT感染的临床表现和检验方法作一总结,并对其概念更改带来的挑战进行分析。Genital tract chlamydial infection is a genitourinary system infection with Chlamydia trachomatis as the pathogen,causing serious complications such as tubal blockage,ectopic pregnancy and infertility.The world has made tremendous efforts to conduct clinical and basic research on Chlamydia trachomatis infection.In this review,clinical manifestations and laboratory tests of Chlamydia trachomatis infection are summarized,and the challenges brought by the conceptual change of Chlamydia trachomatis infection are analyzed.
