摘　　要：目的:探讨滋阴润肺法治疗肺阴亏耗型咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年8月至2019年10月本院的肺阴亏耗型CVA患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,治疗组给予润肺止咳方,对照组给予孟鲁司特钠,观察两组患者的临床疗效、证候变化、肺功能及嗜酸性粒细胞的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率92.5%,高于对照组的85%(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴润肺法治疗肺阴亏耗型CVA的疗效确切,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nourishing yin and moistening lung on cough variant asthma with deficiency of lung yin.Methods:From August 2018 to October 2019,80 CVA patients with deficiency of lung yin in our hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into,40 patients in the treatment group and the control group,The treatment group was given Runfei Zhike formula,and the control group was given montelukast sodium.The clinical effect,syndrome changes,lung function and eosinophil changes of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%,It was significantly higher than 85%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of Ziyin Runfei Method has a definite clinical effect on CVA of deficiency of lung yin,and worthy of popularization and Application.
