布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的疗效及血清炎性因子水平的变化

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿哮喘急性发作给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的疗效和对患儿血清炎性因子表达水平的影响。方法:将2017年1月至2019年12月期间收治的85例门诊及住院哮喘急性发作患儿随机分为研究组、一般组,均对两组实施常规治疗,研究组同时接受布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患儿的临床总有效率及治疗前、后的hs-CRP水平、WBC计数。结果:研究组的临床总有效率高于一般组(P<0.05),治疗前的hs-CRP、WBC计数与一般组比较的差异均不明显(P>0.05),治疗后均低于一般组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿哮喘急性发作的治疗中应用布地奈德雾化吸入,可进一步改善患儿血清炎性因子表达情况,提高患儿临床总有效率。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of budesonide inhalation therapy on acute asthma attacks in children and its effect on the expression level of serum inflammatory factors in children.Methods:Eighty-five children with acute asthma admitted between November 2018 and May 2019 were randomly divided into a research group and a general group.Both groups were treated with conventional treatment.The research group also received budesonide inhalation therapy.To compare the clinical total effective rate and the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 before and after treatment in the two groups of children.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the general group(P<0.05),the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 before treatment were not significantly different from those of the general group(P>0.05),after treatment,they were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nebulized inhalation of budesonide in the treatment of acute asthma attacks in children can further improve the expression of serum inflammatory factors in children and improve the clinical effectiveness of children.
