摘 要:以油茶果壳为原料、磷酸为活化剂,采用磷酸活化法在减压条件下热裂解制备了油茶果壳活性炭;对油茶果壳活性炭的制备条件进行了优化,通过全自动比表面积及孔径分析仪对油茶果壳活性炭进行了表征,并对油茶果壳活性炭的吸附热力学及吸附动力学进行了研究。结果表明,在浸渍时间为16 h、磷酸质量分数为55%、料液比为1∶3(g∶mL)、活化温度为650℃、活化时间为1 h、系统压力为0.025 MPa时,油茶果壳活性炭对阿莫西林的吸附性能较好,吸附率可达75.87%;该吸附过程符合Freundlich等温吸附模型及准二级动力学方程。Using Camellia oleifera shell as a raw material,phosphoric acid as an activator,we prepared Camellia oleifera shell activated carbon by a phosphoric acid activation method under decompression.Moreover,we optimized the preparation conditions,and characterized the structure of Camellia oleifera shell activated carbon by automatic specific surface area and pore size analyzer.Furthermore,we studied the adsorption thermodynamics and adsorption kinetics of Camellia oleifera shell activated carbon.The results show that Camellia oleifera shell activated carbon has good adsorption performance to Amoxicillin,and the adsorption rate can reach 75.87%under the conditions as follows:the immersion time is 16 h,the mass fraction of phosphoric acid is 55%,the solid-liquid ratio is 1∶3(g∶mL),the activation temperature is 650℃,the activation time is 1 h,and the system pressure is 0.025 MPa.The adsorption process accords with Freundlich isothermal adsorption model and quasi-second order kinetic equation.
