国外个人信息管理研究动态及趋势分析

摘　　要：文章以Web of Science数据库收录的441篇期刊论文为研究对象,运用文献计量分析法、定性内容分析法和可视化分析工具CiteSpace对国外个人信息管理领域的研究起源、发展脉络和研究热点进行分析,并对其研究趋势进行深入探讨。国外个人信息管理研究正处于持续发展阶段,受到信息管理、计算机科学、人机交互和信息行为等领域学者的广泛关注,其研究热点所涉及的内容包括个人信息管理面临的问题和挑战、个人信息管理行为、个人信息管理工具等方面,个人信息管理系统和技术层面的研究、个人信息组织和再现行为、用户体验和情感因素、面向实践应用的组织和管理、个人隐私和安全问题等代表了该领域的研究趋势。In this paper,441 journal papers included in the Web of Science database are taken as the research objects,and the methods of bibliometric analysis,qualitative content analysis and visualization analysis tool CiteSpace are used to analyze the origin,development context and research hotspot of the field of foreign personal information management,and the research trend is discussed in depth.The research on personal information management in foreign countries is in the stage of sustainable development,which is widely concerned by scholars in the fields of information management,computer science,human-computer interaction and information behavior research,and its research focuses include the problems and challenges faced by personal information management,personal information management behavior,personal information management tools,etc.The research of personal information management system and technology level,personal information organization and re-finding activities,user experience and emotional factors,practical application-oriented organization and management,personal privacy and security issues represent the future research trends in this field.
