数据视域下高校馆藏图书结构配置优化实证研究——以中南大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：针对高校图书馆馆藏图书结构配置失衡问题,基于读者利用数据分析其配置失衡差距及其优化方法。采用差距分析方法(GAP),以中南大学图书馆馆藏图书及其历史借阅行为数据为例,从藏书的数量、经费、结构、利用和复本等维度,分析馆藏结构配置状态与优化目标之间的差距,以及在采访和典藏调配业务中如何平衡差距。建立馆藏图书结构配置评价指标参数体系及其优化方法,该方法应用到该馆的采访和典藏调配业务中,为高校馆藏图书结构配置优化提供决策依据。Aiming at the question of unbalanced distribution of library structure in university libraries,the unbalanced distribution gap and its optimization method are analyzed based on the big data of user behavior.Using GAP analysis method and taking the collection of books and historical borrowing behavior data of Central South University Library as an example,this paper analyzes the gap between the allocation status of the collection structure and the optimization goal,and how to balance the gap in the acquisition and allocation business from the dimensions of the quantity,funds,structure,utilization and duplicate of the collection.The evaluation index parameter system of library collection structure configuration and its optimization method are established.The method is applied to the library acquisition and collection allocation business,and provides the decision basis for the optimization of university library collection structure configuration.
