摘　　要：胃溃疡作为一种常见且多发的消化性溃疡疾病,好发于中老年患者,临床上以周期性、节律性的上腹部疼痛为主要表现,预后较差,复发较频,迁延不愈。中医学并无胃溃疡病名的记载,依据临床主症将其归属于胃脘痛的范畴论治。中医认为,脾胃虚弱、气血失调为其基本病机之一。温中愈溃汤为王道坤教授自拟方,功可温补脾胃,抑酸止痛。该文基于脾胃虚弱、气血失调探讨温中愈溃汤加减治疗胃溃疡并举隅临床验案,病症结合,疗效甚佳,值得临床借鉴。As a common and frequent peptic ulcer disease,gastric ulcer is more common in middle-aged and elderly patients.The main clinical manifestation is periodic and rhythmic upper abdominal pain.The prognosis is poor,recurrence is frequent,and the disease persists.There is no record of the name of gastric ulcer in traditional Chinese medicine.According to the main clinical symptoms,it belongs to the category of epigastric pain.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that weakness of the spleen and stomach and imbalance of Qi and blood are one of the basic pathogenesis.Wenzhong Yukui decoction is a self-made prescription by Professor WANGDaokun,which can warm the spleen and stomach,suppress acid and relieve pain.Based on the weakness of the spleen and stomach and the imbalance of qi and blood,this article discusses the clinical trials of Wenzhong Yukui decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer.The combination of symptoms and good results is worthy of clinical reference.
