通淋汤联合体外高频热疗治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价通淋汤联合体外高频热疗治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效,为临床治疗用药提供参考。方法:筛选68例Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎,按治疗方式不同随机分为治疗组34例、对照组34例,对照组给予左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗;治疗组给予通淋汤口服联合体外高频热疗,连续治疗14d,治疗后随访6个月。结果:两组患者治疗后在疼痛、排尿症状、生活质量方面,分值均显著低于治疗前,比较P值均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。两组患者治疗后在疼痛、排尿症状、生活质量方面比较P值均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。治疗组34例中,显效15例,有效17例,无效2例,总有效率94.1%,对照组34例中,显效12例,有效17例,无效5例,总有效率85.3%,两组比较P值<0.05,差异有统计学意义。两组患者治疗后随访6个月,治疗组复发例数3例,对照组复发例数6例,治疗组复发率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通淋汤内服联合体外高频热疗可显著降低慢性前列腺炎患者的前列腺炎症状评分,中医证候评分,可以有效缓解患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,且复发率低,安全性高。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tonglin decoction combined with external high-frequency hyperthermia in the treatment of type III chronic prostatitis,and to provide references for clinical treatment.Methods:68 cases of type III chronic prostatitis were screened and randomly divided into treatment group 34 cases and control group 34 cases according to different treatment methods.The control group was given levofloxacin capsule treatment;the treatment group was given Tonglin decoction combined with external high frequency hyperthermia,continuous The treatment was 14 days and the follow-up was 6 months after treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of the two groups of patients in terms of pain,urination symptoms,and quality of life were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the two groups of patients were better than before treatment in terms of pain,urination symptoms,and quality of life(P<0.05).Of the 34 cases in the treatment group,15 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 94.1%.Among the 34 cases in the control group,12 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 85.3%(P<0.05).The two groups of patients were followed up for 6 months after treatment.The number of relapses was 3 in the treatment group and 6 in the control group.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tonglin decoction combined with external high-frequency hyperthermia can significantly reduce the prostatitis symptom score and TCM syndrome score of patients with chronic prostatitis,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and have a low recurrence rate and high safety.
