赛金膏外敷联合五神汤加减内服治疗下肢丹毒疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察赛金膏外敷联合五神汤加减内服治疗下肢丹毒的临床疗效。方法:60例下肢丹毒患者随机分为对照组及实验组。对照组予常规抗生素抗感染,实验组在常规抗生素抗感基础上联合赛金膏外敷、五神汤加减内服治疗,治疗7d后比较两组的临床疗效、局部症状评分及实验室指标。结果:治疗后实验组总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的76.6%(P<0.05);实验组半年内复发率为3.3%明显低于对照组的13.3%。两组治疗后的局部症状(皮温、皮色、肿胀、疼痛)评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的症状评分明显低于对照组的评分(P<0.05)。两者治疗后的血常规、C反应蛋白均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);实验组下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:赛金膏外敷联合五神汤加减内服治疗下肢丹毒有显著的疗效,能明显改善局部症状、减轻炎症反应,降低复发率。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Saijin ointment combined with Wushen decoction in the treatment of lower extremity erysipelas.Methods:60 patients with lower extremity erysipelas were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics,the experimental group was given Wushen decoction combined with Saijin ointment on the basis of conventional antibiotics.The clinical efficacy,local symptom scores and laboratory indicators of the two groups were compared after 7 days of treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.6%(P<0.05),The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 3.3%within half a year,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 13.3%.The scores of local symptoms(skin temperature,skin color,swelling,and pain)after treatment were significantly lower in both groups than before treatment(P<0.05),The symptom score of the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The blood routine and c-reactive protein after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),he decrease of the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of lower extremity erysipelas by external application of Saijin ointment combined with Wushen decoction has a significant effect,which can significantly improve local symptoms,reduce inflammation and reduce recurrence rate.
