丹参多酚酸盐注射液对冠心病PCI术后疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹参多酚酸盐中药注射液对冠心病PCI术后患者疗效的影响。方法:选择2020年1月~2020年6月安徽中医药大学第一附属医院因冠心病住院PCI术后患者100例,分为对照组和丹参多酚酸盐注射液组各50例。药物干预2周后,观察用药后心绞痛改善比例和心肌损伤指标:肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB);以及抗凝血和炎症指标:凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FBG)和超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)的各项指标变化情况。结果:丹参多酚酸盐注射液组有效改善冠心病伴PCI术后病人心绞痛比例,降低肌酸激酶(CK)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)(#P,*P<0.05)的水平。有效降低凝血酶时间(TT)和活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)(#P,*P<0.05)以及凝血酶原时间(PT)(*P<0.05)。并且降低了超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)(#P,*P<0.05)水平。结论:丹参多酚酸盐注射液能有效改善冠心病PCI术后患者心绞痛、心肌损伤、凝血功能和炎症指标,在临床诊治中有着重要的意义。Objective:To investigate the effect of Salvianolate injection on the efficacy of coronary heart disease patients with Post-PCI.Methods:From January 2020 to June 2020,100 patients who were hospitalized for coronary heart disease with Post-PCI surgery were selected and divided into control group and Salvianolate injection group with 50 cases each.After 2 weeks of drug intervention,observe the improvement ratio of angina pectoris and myocardial injury indexes:creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB);and anticoagulant and inflammation indexes:prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FBG)and hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP).Results:The Salvianolate injection group effectively improved the ratio of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease accompanied by PCI,and reduced creatine kinase(CK)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)(#P,*P<0.05).Effectively reduce thrombin time(TT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)(#P,*P<0.05)and prothrombin time(PT)(*P<0.05).And reduce the level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)(#P,*P<0.05).Conclusion:Salvianolate injection can effectively improve angina pectoris,myocardial injury,blood coagulation function and inflammation indexes in patients with coronary heart disease complicated by Post-PCI.It has significance in clinical treatment.
