摘　　要：本文以老旧小区公共环境为研究对象,通过实地调研,发现整理其面临的宜居建设现状问题。分别从步行系统、景观绿化、社区家具、无障碍四方面进行分析,总结归纳出现有典型问题,并针对相关问题给予建议,望为老旧小区的改造工程提供参考,促进老旧小区公共环境的整体改善。This paper takes the public environment of the old residential areas as the research object, through many field investigations, finds out the problems faced by the old residential areas. The analysis involves four aspects, Pedestrian System, Community Furniture, Greening Landscape and Accessible Facilities. This paper summarizes the typical problems, and gives suggestions for them, hoping to provide reference for the renovation project-and hoping to promote the improvement of the public environment of the old residential area.
