摘　　要：现代中式住宅作为当代建筑文化下一种独特的现象和风尚,从学术立场回顾梳理十五年来的源流演化轨迹及阶段特征,基于表征与动因两个层面剖析现代中式住宅在当前发展中所面临的主要困境。为推动其在传统文化复兴新时期的长足发展,研究提出实现理论建设与实践繁荣的三个主要策略,并呼吁学界对现代中式住宅投入更大的关注力度以弥合实践与理论的巨大裂隙。Modern Chinese-style house is a unique phenomenon and fashion in contemporary architectural culture, this paper reviews it’s evolution track and stage characteristics in the past 15 years from an academic standpoint, and analyzes it’s main dilemma in current development based on the two levels of representation and motivation. In order to promote Modern Chinese-style house’s rapid development in new period of Chinese cultural renaissance, three main strategies to achieve theoretical construction and practical prosperity are proposed. We appeal for more attention to Modern Chinese-style house in academic circles in order to bridge the huge gap between practice and theory.
