摘　　要：依据国家相关法律法规,采用职业卫生现场调查和职业病危害因素检测的方法,对某油田油管厂产生或存在的职业病危害因素、劳动者职业病危害接触水平及职业健康影响程度进行定性和定量评价。结果显示:各岗位接触职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)符合国家规定的接触限值。本项目选址与总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、职业病防护措施、应急救援措施、个人防护用品、建筑卫生学、职业卫生管理及职业健康监护等方面基本符合国家相关法律法规的要求。According to relevant laws and regulations of China,occupational health field investigation and occupational disease hazard factor test method are adopted to make a qualitative and quantitative evaluation on the occupational disease hazard factors,the level of occupational disease hazard exposure to workers,and the degree of occupational health impact on a tubing factory.The results show that the concentration(intensity)of occupational disease hazard factors exposed to various positions conforms to the national exposure limit values.The site selection and overall layout of the project,production technology and equipment layout,occupational disease prevention measures,emergency rescue measures,personal protection supplies,building hygiene,occupational health management and occupational health supervision and other aspects basically meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations of the country.
