摘  要:对紫外法以及生物+紫外组合法进行了研究,探索了紫外法处理苯乙烯废气的最佳操作条件及紫外生物组合工艺在处理苯乙烯废气时保证达标排放的条件。实验结果表明:紫外法处理苯乙烯的最佳功率是24 W,最佳停留时间是30 s,此条件下,苯乙烯的去除效率50%左右。生物+紫外组合法优于单一生物法和单一紫外法。当废气中苯乙烯浓度小于800 mg/m3时,生物与紫外组合工艺可以确保苯乙烯达标排放。This paper studies the ultraviolet method and the biological+ultraviolet combination process.It explores the optimal operating conditions for treating styrene waste gas by UV method and the conditions for ensuring discharge of styrene waste gas by UV biological combination process under certain standard.The experimental results show that the best power and retention time of styrene treated by UV method were 24 W and 30 S respectively.Under this condition,the removal efficiency of styrene is about 50%.The biological+ultraviolet combination process is superior to single biological method and single ultraviolet method.When the concentration of styrene in the exhaust gas is less than 800 mg/m3,the biological+ultraviolet combination process can ensure that the discharge of styrene meets the emission standards.
