摘　　要：图书馆哲学为图书馆实践提供了认识论支撑。图书馆哲学追问可沿图书馆发展历史及不同时代的图书馆精神两个维度展开。中国特色社会主义图书馆实践沿中国特色社会主义道路前进,恪守中华优秀传统文化的精髓、合理吸收国外先进的图书馆思想、坚守图书馆人的初心与使命、在知识的进化中诠释图书馆存在对社会发展的意义,即构成了建国70年中国图书馆发展的历史与逻辑。图书馆哲学追问的理论制高点是全球通用的图书馆哲学建构。实践唯物主义的图书馆哲学将成为世界图书馆哲学的中流砥柱,在当今社会图书馆的改革与转型及全球图书馆愿景实现过程中将发挥十分重要的促进作用。Library philosophy provides epistemological support for library practice.The inquiry of library philosophy can be carried out along the two dimensions of library development history and library spirit of different times.The practice of Chinese library goes along the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Adhering to the essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture,reasonably absorbing foreign advanced library thoughts,and interpreting the significance of library existence to social development in the evolutionof knowledge constitute the history and logic of Chinese library development in the 70 years since the founding of the people’s Republic of China.In the process of the reform and transformation of the library in today’s society and the realization of the global library vision,the library philosophy of practical materialism will play a very important role the universal library philosophy and become the mainstay.
