调中降糖颗粒对脾虚湿盛型2型糖尿病患者血糖及FFA、MDA水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察调中降糖颗粒治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效以及对患者空腹血糖(FPG)、葡萄糖耐量试验中服糖后2小时血糖(2hPBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、血浆丙二醛(MDA)水平及中医证候评分的影响。方法:将120例患者采用随机数字表法分为两组各60例,脱落10例,实际观察110例,其中治疗组56例,对照组54例。两组均予盐酸二甲双胍片口服基础治疗,治疗组予调中降糖颗粒,对照组予调中降糖颗粒模拟剂,6周为1个疗程,分别于治疗前、治疗2周、6周时观察比较两组的FPG、2hPBG、FINS、FFA、MDA水平及中医证候疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后FPG、2hPBG、FINS、FFA、MDA水平及中医证候评分均较治疗前下降(P﹤0.01或P﹤0.05),两组各指标组间比较亦有统计学差异(P﹤0.01)。治疗组的近期疗效、远期疗效(94.6%、85.7%)均优于对照组(74.1%、63.0%),组间差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:调中降糖颗粒配合二甲双胍治疗脾虚湿盛型2型糖尿病可明显降低患者血糖,调节FFA、MDA水平,改善中医证候,疗效优于单纯西药治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiaozhong Jiangtang granule on type 2 diabetes(T2DM)and the effect on levels of indexes such as fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose in glucose tolerance test(2hPBG),fasting insulin(FINS),free fatty acid(FFA)and plasma malondialdehyde(MDA)as well as on TCM syndrome score.Methods:120 cases of patients with T2DM were randomly divided into two groups.10 cases were lost.110 cases were observed in fact;among them,56 cases were in treatment group,54 cases were in control group.Both groups were treated basically with oral metformin hydrochloride tablets.In addition,the treatment group was treated plus with Tiaozhong Jiangtang granule,while the control group was treated plus with simulatant of Tiaozhong Jiangtang granule.6 weeks as a course of treatment.The levels of FPG,2hPBG,FINS,FFA and MDA and the efficacy of TCM syndromes were observed and compared between two groups respectively before treatment and in 2 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of FPG,2hPBG,FINS,FFA and MDA and the scores of TCM syndrome of patients in both groups were decreased compared with before treatment(P﹤0.01 or P﹤0.05),and there was also statistical difference compared each index between two groups(P﹤0.01).The short-term and long-term efficacies of 94.6%and 85.7%repectively in treatment group were higher than that of 74.1%and 63.0%in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Tiaozhong Jiangtang granule and metformin hydrochloride tablet can obviously reduce blood glucose of patients with T2DM,regulate levels of FFA and MDA,and improve TCM syndrome,and its curative effect is better than that of simple western medicine.
