中药挥发油于中医药现代化研究领域中存在的几个问题思考

摘　　要：中药挥发油广泛分布于诸多中药材中,但由于种类复杂,含量较低,复方配伍中各药挥发油种类、含量变化较大,同时复方制剂工业生产中又受制备工艺、储存环境等外界因素影响,工业生产中难以富集,导至复方制剂中含量较低,质量标准更加难以监控。传统工艺中几乎均将其忽略,但研究资料表明,大多挥发油均具有较好的药理作用及一定临床疗效。在中药资源严重短缺甚至濒临灭绝之际,为维持中药资源可持续发展,合理开发中药有效用药部位即“中药挥发油”,并制定科学的质量控制方法具有较大意义,现就中药挥发油应用过程中存在的几个问题进行思考分析。Traditional Chinese medicine volatile oil is widely existed in many Chinese herbal medicines,However,due to the complexity of the species and the low content,the variety and content of the volatile oil in the compound prescription is great.Meanwhile,the industrial production of compound preparation is also affected by external factors such as preparation process and storage environment,it is difficult to enrich in industrial production,leading to low content of compound preparations and more difficult to monitor quality standards.Almost all of them were ignored in the traditional process,but the research data showed that most of the volatile oils had good pharmacological effect and certain clinical effect.When the resources of traditional Chinese medicine are in serious shortage or even on the verge of extinction,it is of great significance to maintain the sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine resources,rationally develop effective parts of traditional Chinese medicine,namely“volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine”,and formulate scientific quality control methods.In this paper,several problems in the application of essential oil of traditional Chinese medicine are analyzed.
