摘  要:目的建立紫外-可见分光光度法及离子色谱法测定硝酸甘油片中游离硝酸离子的方法。方法通过重氮-耦合反应使硝酸根离子显色,紫外扫描溶液最大吸收波长在520nm,在该波长处以标准曲线法测定硝酸离子的含量;样品以水溶解,离子交换柱分离,电导检测器测定,以保留时间定性及标准曲线法定量。结果紫外-可见光谱法测定硝酸根离子的量为3.2%,离子色谱法测定硝酸根离子的量为3.5%。结论两种方法均可测定硝酸根离子的量,相比较离子色谱法更简便快捷。OBJECTIVE To develop UV-Vis spectrophotometry and ion chromatography method to determine the free nitrate ion of nitroglycerin tablets.METHODS A dopting the color reaction of nitrate by diazo-coupling reaction,the maximum absorption wavelength of UV scanning solution was 520nm,and determined the nitrate ion content by standard curve method at this wavelength.The sample was dissol ved by water,separated by ion exchanged column and determined by conductance detector,and then qualitative and quantitative analysis was determined by retention time and external standard method separately.RESULTS The amount of nitrate ion was 3.2% by UV-Vis spectrophotometry and 3.5% by ion chromatography,respectively.CONCLUSION Both methods can be used to determine the amount of nitrate ion,and the ion chromatography was more convenient and faster than the other method.
