摘 要:针对阳煤一矿81304工作面大采高开采适应性问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟、现场实测等研究方法,从煤层厚度与夹矸厚度、煤层强度与片帮影响、煤层及顶板裂隙发育程度、工作面倾角与俯仰角、地质构造数量与尺寸及影响等方面进行了分析,认为81304工作面采用大采高开采风险性较大;通过对综放开采与大采高开采工作面安装回撤时间、回收率、设备投入等技术经济指标对比分析,认为81304工作面采用综放开采更具优势。根据煤壁高度与片帮面积的关系,确定割煤高度不高于4.0 m。In order to solve the problem of the adaptability of the 81304 working face of the Yangquan Mining group No.1 Mine,with theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,field measurements and other research methods,the thickness of the coal seam and gangue thickness were analyzed,the strength of the coal seam and the influence of the sheet gangue,the degree of development of the coal seam and roof cracks,the dip angle and pitch angle of the working face,the number and size of the geological structure and its influence were studied,it was concluded that the risk of mining is higher if 81304 working face adopts the large mining height.Through the comparative analysis of technical and economic indexes such as retraction time,recovery rate,and equipment investment between IML and DHT mining face,it was concluded that IML was more advantageous for face 81304.According to the relationship between the height of the coal wall and the area of the coal gang,the cutting height is not higher than 4.0 m.
