摘 要:木毒蛾近几年在国内外危害不断扩大,为预测木毒蛾发生时间及制定科学有效的防治策略,该试验通过测量幼虫体长、头壳宽和触角间距,对幼虫龄期的划分进行了研究,且利用各指标频次分布图和Dyar定律推测幼虫虫龄数,并运用Crosby生长法则和线性回归的方法对幼虫龄期的划分进行验证。结果表明:体长分别为0.35~0.73、0.66~1.58、1.47~2.58、2.71~3.47、3.57~4.44、4.56~5.18和5.30~6.24 cm;头壳宽分别为0.56~1.09、1.23~1.78、2.03~2.87、2.99~3.79、4.03~4.94、5.09~5.75和5.89~6.83 mm;触角间距分别为0.42~0.78、0.92~1.36、1.53~2.15、2.33~2.86、3.04~3.75、3.85~4.28和4.45~5.18 mm。可见,在该研究条件下,木毒蛾幼虫共分为7龄,头壳宽为最佳的分龄标准,头壳宽y与幼虫虫龄x的回归方程为y=0.7642 e 0.3317x(P<0.001,R 2=0.9975)。In recent years,the harm of pest Lymantria xylina has been increasing in China.To predict its occurrence time,and to develop effective control strategies,instars determination of Lymantria xylina were studied by measuring body length,head capsule width,and antenna distance.A frequency distribution analysis and the Dyar’s law rule were used to determine the number of larval instars,which was testing by Crosby growth rule and linear regression.The results indicated that the larval stage separated into 7 instars with each data of head capsule width,antenna distance,and body length.From the 1st to 7th instar,the range of body length were 0.35~0.73,0.66~1.58,1.47~2.58,2.71~3.47,3.57~4.44,4.56~5.18,and 5.30~6.24 cm,the range of head capsule width were 0.42~0.78、0.92~1.36、1.53~2.15、2.33~2.86、3.04~3.75、3.85~4.28、4.45~5.18 mm,the range of antenna instance were 0.42~0.78,0.92~1.36,1.53~2.15,2.33~2.87,3.04~3.75,3.85~4.28,4.45~5.18 mm.Based on the exponential growth model,regression analysis was performed on the relationship between the body length,head capsule width,antenna instance and ages separately.In a word,the larval stages of Lymantria xylina were divided into 7 instars.The relationship between head capsule width(y)and instar(x)was the best described by the linear regression equation:y=0.7642e 0.3317x(p<0.001,R 2=0.9937).
