摘　　要：近年来,细胞凋亡成为国内外细胞生物学领域的研究重点,精子细胞凋亡的研究也取得了很大进展。该文对精子发生过程中引起精子凋亡的主要影响因素和常用的精子凋亡检测方法进行综述,为进一步深入地探究精子发生过程中凋亡机制,为雄性不育的病理生理学分析、遗传学病因解析及临床诊断治疗奠定坚实的理论基础,同时也为今后提高精子存活率、精子质量做出有效参考。In recent years,cell apoptosis has become the focus of cell biology at home and abroad,and the study of sperm cell apoptosis has made great progress.In this paper,the main influencing factors causingsperm apoptosisin in the process of spermatogenesis and the detection methods of common sperm apoptosis were summarized,which will establish solid foundation to further explore apoptosis mechanism in the process of spermatogenesis,analyze the pathophysiology of male sterility and genetics,diagnose and treat in clinc.At the same time,it will also provide the effective reference to improve the survival rate of sperm,sperm quality in the future.
