贵州省大学生成人依恋与社交焦虑的关系调查

摘　　要：本研究使用成人依恋量表(AAS)和交往焦虑量表(IAS)探讨贵州省大学生成人依恋与社交焦虑的关系。研究结果如下:大学生成人依恋类型的总体分布情况为安全型(71%)、冷漠型(14.1%)、迷恋型(8.5%)、恐惧型(6.5%);贵州省大学生普遍存在社交焦虑;不同成人依恋类型的大学生在社交焦虑上存在显著性差异;大学生依恋回避维度、依恋焦虑维度和社交焦虑之间存在显著相关;大学生成人依恋对社交焦虑有一定的预测作用。本研究具有一定的理论与现实价值,可以了解贵州省大学生成人依恋和社会焦虑的具体关系,对学校相关部门帮助具有人际心理问题的学生给出建议。In this study, Adult Attachment Scale(AAS) and Communication Anxiety Scale(IAS) were used to explore the relationship between adult attachment and social anxiety of college students in Guizhou Province. The results are as follows: the overall distribution of adult attachment types of college students is security type(71%), indifference type(14.1%), infatuation type(8.5%) and fear type(6.5%);college students in Guizhou Province generally have social anxiety;college students with different types of adult attachment have significant differences in social anxiety;college students’ attachment avoidance dimension, attachment anxiety dimension and social anxiety dimension have significant differences Adult attachment has a certain predictive effect on social anxiety. This study has a certain theoretical and practical value, can understand the specific relationship between adult attachment and social anxiety of college students in Guizhou Province, and give suggestions to the relevant departments of the school to help students with interpersonal psychological problems.
