摘 要:油田开发后期,勘探开发对象越来越复杂,水平井、三维绕障井以及大位移井逐年增多,水平位移长,技术套管浅,井况复杂、恶劣,常规的水平井与大斜度井测井工艺不能满足要求。为此开发多模式过钻杆测井系统,具备存储测井和电缆测井两大类4种施工工艺。井下仪外径57 mm,包括常规测井和阵列感应测井。介绍了多模式过钻杆测井系统的构成、测井模式、系统设计方法,重点研究多模式过钻杆测井系统现场应用。多模式过钻杆测井系统在大庆、吉林、长庆、川渝等油田应用230口井,包括大斜度井、大位移水平井、复杂井、侧钻开窗井、小井眼井等,这些井常规测井均不能完成作业。现场应用表明,在复杂情况下过钻杆测井系统能够为油田勘探开发提供准确的储层参数。In the late stage of oilfield development,exploration and development targets become more and more complex.Horizontal wells,3D obstacle-bypassing wells,and extended reach horizontal wells are increasing year by year.These wells have the following complex conditions:long horizontal displacement,shallow technical casing,and bad downhole conditions.Conventional logging technology cannot meet the production needs entirely.A multi-mode through-pipe logging system,consists of conventional logging tools and array induction logging tool with an outer diameter of 57 mm,is developed.This paper briefly introduces the component parts,logging mode and system design method of the multi-mode through-pipe logging system,and focuses on the field application of this logging system.In Daqing,Jilin,Changqing and Chuanyu oilfields,the multi-mode through-pipe logging system has been used for 230 wells,including large deviation wells,extended reach horizontal wells,complex wells,sidetracking window wells and slim hole wells.All of these wells are too difficult to operate for conventional logging.The field applications show that the multi-mode through-pipe logging system can provides accurate reservoir parameters for oilfield exploration and development.
