摘 要:以4个栽培种的23份辣椒材料为研究对象,用不同浓度(0、30、60、90、120、150和180 mmol/L)的NaCl溶液进行种子萌发处理,以相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对发芽指数和相对盐害率为评定标准,采用隶属函数法对辣椒种子萌发期的耐盐性进行了综合评价和分析。试验结果表明:随着NaCl溶液浓度的增加,23份辣椒材料的种子萌发均受到了不同程度的抑制,其相对发芽势、相对发芽率和相对发芽指数均有不同程度的下降,而相对盐害率则逐渐升高,而且在不同辣椒品种之间耐盐性存在显著差异;在4个耐盐指标之间均存在极显著(P<0.01)的相关性。对各材料4个耐盐指标的平均隶属函数值进行聚类分析,在欧氏距离0.10处将材料分为4类:极耐盐材料有3份,为PI339033、PI201224和2017D083;耐盐性强的材料有10份;中度耐盐材料有6份;敏盐材料有4份。Twenty-three germplasms from different Capsicum cultivars were treated with different salt concentrations(0,30,60,90,120,150 and 180 mmol/L)at seed germination stage.The relative germination potential,relative germination rate,relative germination index and relative rate of salt injury were used as evaluation indicators.The salt tolerance of different germplasms at seed germination stage was analyzed and evaluated by the subordinate function analysis.The results showed that the seed germination of 23 germplasms was restrained to varying degrees with the increase of NaCl concentration.The relative germination potential,relative germination rate and relative germination index all decreased to varying degrees,while the relative rate of salt injury gradually increased.The salt tolerance of 23 pepper germplasms showed significant differences.There was significant(P<0.01)correlation between the four indicators of salt tolerance.The 23 germplasms were classified into four levels of salt tolerance by the cluster analysis method based on the subordinate function values.There were PI339033,PI201224 and 2017D083 with extremely strong salt tolerance,10 materials with strong salt tolerance,6 materials with moderate salt tolerance and 4 salt sensitive materials.
