摘　　要：编制3~6年级英语学习能力倾向测验,可以了解小学生英语学习能力的现状,为英语教育教学的质量评估以及英语学习的咨询、辅导和干预提供测评工具。采用文献法、访谈法和测量法构建小学生英语学习能力的理论结构,并编制测验项目,形成3~4年级、5~6年级两个学段的学习能力倾向测验。1898名有效样本的统计分析结果表明,测验的项目难度和区分度、测验的信度和效度均符合测量学的要求,可以有效评估学生的英语学习能力倾向。The construction of the English learning aptitude test for Grades 3 to 6 school children can be used to know the current situation of English learning ability of primary students and to provide an assessment tool for the quality of English teaching and learning,consultation,counselling and intervention.This paper adopts the methods of literature,interview and measurement to construct the theoretical structure of primary school students"English learning ability and construct test items to form two academic aptitude tests for Grades 3 to 4 and Grades 5 to 6.The statistical analysis results of 1898 valid samples show that the difficulty and the distinction of the test,and the reliability and validity of the test can all meet the requirements of surveying and can effectively assess the English learning aptitude of students.
