中药溻渍疗法治疗早期跟骨骨折临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药溻渍疗法治疗早期跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取65例跟骨骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分成对照组33例和治疗组32例。对照组使用特定电磁波谱治疗仪(TDP灯)治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合中药溻渍疗法进行治疗,记录总体治疗有效率、首次出现皮肤褶皱征的时间以及入院时与首次出现皮肤褶皱时足周径、踝周径的差值、视觉模拟量表疼痛评分(VAS疼痛评分)、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组的总体治疗有效率为90.63%,高于对照组的81.81%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组入院时与首次出现皮肤褶皱时足周径、踝周径的差值高于对照组,治疗组首次出现皮肤褶皱征的时间早于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗2 d后,治疗组患者足跟部VAS疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为9.30%,低于对照组的24.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本研究通过中药溻渍联合TDP灯的热辐射治疗,能够加快缓解肿胀、疼痛等临床症状,降低术前的住院时间,临床疗效显著,安全性高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine hydrotherapy in the treatment of early calcaneal fracture.Methods:65 cases of calcaneal fracture were randomly divided into control group(33 cases)and treatment group(32 cases).The control group was treated with specific electromagnetic spectrum therapeutic apparatus(TDP lamp),and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hydrotherapy on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The total effective rate,the time of the first appearance of skin fold sign,the difference of foot circumference and ankle circumference diameter between admission and the first appearance of skin fold,visual analogue scale pain score(VAS pain score),incidence of adverse reactions were recorded.Results:The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%higher than that of the control group(81.81%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the treatment group and the first skin fold was higher than that of the control group,and the first skin fold appeared earlier in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2 days later,the VAS pain score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 9.30%,which was lower than 24.24%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In this study,combined with the thermal radiation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine hydrotherapy and TDP lamp,the clinical symptoms such as swelling and pain can be alleviated faster,the operation can be arranged more quickly,and the preoperative hospital stay can be reduced,with significant clinical efficacy and high safety.
